These terms govern your use of Textable's text-message ordering service ("Textable," "we," "us"), a service of Holsinger Brand LLC, which restaurants use to receive and process orders sent by their customers via SMS.
Textable lets you place an order with a participating restaurant by texting the restaurant's dedicated ordering number. We parse your message to confirm your order and, if the restaurant accepts online payment, send you a link to pay. The restaurant — not Textable — is responsible for preparing and fulfilling your order.
Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of the restaurant you're ordering from. Textable does not store your payment card details.
You agree not to use the service to send abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful messages, or to attempt to disrupt the service.
The service is provided "as is." Order accuracy depends on the information you provide by text; please double-check your order confirmation before replying YES to confirm.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
