Textable, a service of Holsinger Brand LLC ("we," "us"), provides a text-message ordering platform that restaurants use to receive and process orders from their customers. This policy explains what information we collect through that service and how it's used.
By texting an order to a restaurant's Textable number, you consent to receive text messages related to that order. Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages, or HELP for assistance.
Your order information is shared with the specific restaurant you're ordering from, and with the service providers we use to operate Textable (such as our SMS, payment, and hosting providers). We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
We retain order and message history as needed to provide the service and for the restaurant's own recordkeeping.
